Our Team

Gina Norelli

Gina has been shaping the lives of small business owners throughout her career. A native of Portsmouth, she grew up with a fundamental understanding of the Seacoast and its business community. Prior to founding her own company, Gina spent many years as an Office Manager and Staff Accountant for a local public accounting firm. Her early career opened her eyes to the needs of many community business owners who would benefit from affordable, ongoing accounting services. Gina created Summit Accounting Services to serve that need and has worked with dozens of clients, in a wide variety of industries, to assist in the financial management of businesses like yours. When Gina takes on a new client, she breaks down the numbers into easy-to-understand pieces and streamlines processes to empower you to run your business. Her team now encompasses a growing force of professionals who share her passion and action-oriented approach.

When not working, she enjoys paddle boarding with Harper (see below), playing dodgeball with her husband, reading by herself, and spending carefree time with friends and family.

Briana Rizzotti

Starting her accounting career with one of the “Big 4” accounting firms in Boston, she gained tax experience and knowledge with a primary focus on partnerships and high net worth individuals.

Tired of the Boston commute, Briana was hired at a local accounting firm where she met Gina. She continued to gain experience with individuals, partnerships and small corporations, specializing in taxation and year-end planning. She also gained proficiency in QuickBooks and enjoyed helping businesses with their bookkeeping needs.

When Briana isn’t working, she wishes she could get caught up on sleep as anyone with an infant can understand… but boating, camping and spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog, Kaia is when she’s happiest.

Jake Provencher

After getting a Communications degree in Boston, Jake spent a decade running all financial and business aspects of a local company before branching out to start his own business adventure.  In his real life Jake is a Video Marketing aficionado, but graciously lends Summit his first-hand experience of small business accounting part time.

Music, family, and especially teaching his son to play music are constant passions.

Harper Underfoot

Chief Security Officer

Harper earned her MBA in Office Supervision and is especially talented in alerting the Summit team to the presence of others. Despite her quiet and often lazy demeanor, she is a gifted athlete and parkour enthusiast, and can often be found running obstacle courses of her own design in heavily wooded areas.
